No. The Glam Cam and 360 booth prices exclude the iPad. We can quote a compatible iPad and configured setup. We confirm the hardware and app requirements before you order.
Absolutely. Purchase your booth and manage your own software, designs, events and galleries. Launch training and ongoing services are optional.
Custom branding on the booth unit is included in both advertised booth prices. Placement, artwork requirements and the branding proof are confirmed before production. Backdrops, props and digital design services are quoted separately unless included in your package.
We’re based in the Okanagan and welcome equipment inquiries across Canada and the USA. Shipping availability, costs, import arrangements and delivery estimates are confirmed by destination before ordering. Rentals are available within BC, subject to availability, with delivery and travel quoted individually.
Software subscriptions, SMS charges and other sharing fees are confirmed separately. Your quote will explain what you need, what is included and which accounts you manage.
A template credit covers a design. Event configuration, gallery delivery, revisions and support are separate service allowances described in your package. Monthly plans include four template credits; annual passes include fifty across twelve months.
Timelines depend on equipment, customization and destination. Your quote will set out estimated production and shipping times, payment terms and warranty information before you commit.
